Great Conditions in Chaloklum

The water is perfect here at Wake Up! Wakeboarding Koh Phangan! We recently went through some of the craziest storms I have ever seen on the island, huge waves and floods all across the South of Thailand. But one week on and it is like nothing happened, flat glassy water and sunshine everyday.

April onwards is the best time of year for wakeboarding here, very low offshore winds leave our playground perfect with nothing but the occasional ripple disturbing the surface of the water. April is also the start of the low season, so the island is very quiet and peaceful, this also gives us loads of time for each set out on the water, we can relax, take plenty of breaks and chill out with a cold drink while drifting across the bay.

New Wakeboards, Wakesurfs and Bindings!

Wake Up! Wakeboarding Koh Phangan has just updated all our equipment with brand new stuff, including, mens/womens bindings, wakeboards and vests. Season Starts!

Great to see the flat water return to the bay! I have been out testing the boat today and it is running great and ready to start the season.

It has been a long six weeks out the water, can’t wait to get out there again, so come find us and play.

Mastercraft X STAR

Wake Up! Wakeboarding Koh Phangan Thailand has just completed the purchase of a 2004 Mastercraft XSTAR. The X STAR is the top choice of pro riders and recognised as one of the best wakeboarding boats in the business.

The wake on this baby is huge, and with an inbuilt ballast system the wake can be adjusted from small ski wakes to huge wakesurfing wakes! Complete with awesome sound system and cool boxes, we are equipped for the best days entertainment possible out on the water.

New Haad Rin Bookings Office

Wake Up! Wakeboarding now has a new booking office for customers down in the Haad Rin area of Koh Phangan. Customers staying in Haad Rin can make bookings at the Backpackers Information Centre. We will arrange a pick up service to our location in Chaloklum and between your time on the boat, chill out and relax at our beach bar with Sauna and Spa area, we will take you back to your resort at the end of the day. For customers around the rest of the island, you can still book directly at our office in Chaloklum or via telephone and e mail.
