Trips and charters
If your muscles are aching from all that time playing on the water, why not give yourself a day off to cruise around some of the local sites and take in the beautiful fauna, coral reefs and waterfalls around the Gulf of Thailand.
You can choose one of our organised trips around Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, Koh Tao or Angthong National Marine Park, or charter our boat privately and you give the orders, telling the captain where you want to go and what you want to do.
Discover Koh Phangan
Koh Phangan is one of the most beautiful islands in the Gulf of Thailand, still relatively undeveloped, there are many beaches and bays that are inaccessible by road and therefore have maintained their natural beauty.
Koh Maa, a small island off the North West coast has some of the best coral reefs for snorkelling and fishing, brimming with sea life and colourful coral gardens, it is a great place to start the day before the heat of the day hits its peak.
Cruise round to Bottle Beach, Tong Nai Pan and Than Sadej, some of the best and unspoiled beaches the island has to offer. Eat some of the delicious local cuisine and relax in a hammock with a refreshing fruit cocktail, or if you are feeling more active there are some wonderful nature walks through the jungle to some jaw-dropping view points and waterfalls.
Before you start dozing off into dream world we will take you back to Chaloklum for sunset, and if you still have energy left over why not use it up on the wakeboard!
Angthong National Marine Park
Mu Koh Angthong became a national park in 1980. It contains of 42 islands of which Koh Wua Talap (island of the "sleeping" cow) is the largest. There is a white sand beach on this island named Ao Kha where you will also find a small national park office and a camping site should you choose to do an overnight trip. North of this island you will find Koh Mae Koh. On this island there is a beautiful inner sea named Talay Nai. It is about seven meters deep and has a few viewing points. It is worth visiting even if you have to walk for a while before getting there. There are also two beaches on this island suitable for swimming: Ao Na Thap and Ao Tham Rang.
Other islands are Koh Sam Sao (north of Koh Mae Koh with a few pleasant beaches) as well as Koh Prayad, Koh Hin Dap and Koh Kha further north.
Swim and snorkel surrounded by amazing limestone mountain islands in turquoise water. Or go on a Kayak trip and sit down afterwards to eat a well deserved dinner on a beautiful beach. There are usually a few tour options to choose from.
Koh Tao
Ko Tao was first discovered by backpackers a decade ago. The local islanders looked on in astonishment as hordes of young travellers arrived on longtail boats, fishing vessels and even bamboo rafts to visit the mythical hidden island - way past Koh Phangan - and to go scuba diving in the undisturbed underwater kingdom.
Soon small bungalow resorts, restaurants and beach bars opened to cater for these new creatures and today - 10 years later - Koh Tao caters to divers, backpackers, families and anyone in between. Amazingly Koh Tao has managed to keep it's charm, partly because it is still "harder" to get to than it's sister islands but also because of the efforts of the local islanders to keep the island beautiful and police local initiatives such as beach clean ups.
For these reasons Koh Tao is a favorite destination for many travelers, a destination they return to again and again - year out and year in. We will take you around some of the secluded bays and pristine coral reefs, for some of the best snorkelling Thailand has to offer. Relax on the beach, enjoy the food and feel time drift away on one of Thailands best kept secrets.
